Our Guarantee

Money4Gold is committed to paying you a fair rate and would like to have you as our customer. However, if you are unhappy with the amount you receive for your jewellery or for any other reason, simply call us and return the check so that it arrives in our offices within ten (10) days of the date that appears on the check. After we receive your check, your items will be returned to you within 15 days. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  

Please note that our satisfaction guarantee only applies to items that contain precious metals, such as gold, silver or platinum. We do not accept costume (fake) jewellery, or items that do not contain precious metals. If you are unsure of whether your items contain precious metals, please see "How can I tell if my Jewellery is Real?"

If you have received a written quote from another national gold buyer with television advertising and mail-in service (this guarantee is not intended for any competitors who own or are affiliated with retail locations) for the same precious metals that you submitted to Money4Gold, Money4Gold will pay you double the amount stated on the quote. Such quote must be dated not earlier than 30 days prior to the Money4Gold payment to you and Money4Gold must be able to verify the veracity of the quote and that the quote was on the same exact precious metals submitted to Money4Gold. Simply call our toll-free customer service number and you will receive instructions on how to send your name, address, tracking number and proof of your higher payout offer.
